When someone has constant panic attacks without any physical cause or emotional cause, and has a constant sensation of fear due to the fact that another one is going to happen, that person is suffering from a panic disorder.

Some medical affections, such as thyroid or anemia, even some medicines, such as stimulants and anti malarial medicines, can lead to a panic disorder. A nocturnal attack can last less than ten minutes, but it can last longer until you fully recover from the attack.

        The panic disorder symptoms in teenagers have the same symptoms as the panic disorder symptoms in grownup. Usually, the teenagers have a sensation that they are imaginary or it seems as they are dreaming or of having a nightmare and they are frightened of going insane or even dying.
